Who Freshh is for

Freshh is for people aged 13 and over. By using Freshh, you confirm that you are 13 or older.

What Freshh gives you

Freshh gives style feedback on hair and outfits for your own use. Its scores and tips are opinions to help you choose, not guarantees. Freshh rates the look, never the person.

Using Freshh fairly

Please use Freshh through its own app and pages. Copying Freshh's design, text, code or service; using automated tools to send requests, scrape or collect data; reverse engineering the service; or reselling access is not permitted.

Your photos

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you check. Freshh deletes each photo right after the check, as described on the privacy page.

Freshh+

Freshh+ is a monthly ($0.99) or yearly ($8.99) subscription that renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. On the website it is sold through Stripe, and you can cancel at any time online, on the Freshh+ tab with Manage or cancel plan or from the link in your receipt email. In the iPhone app it is sold through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. In the Android app it is sold through Google Play under Google Play's terms, and you manage or cancel it in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends. If a price ever changes, you will be told before it applies to you.

Style advice for everyday choices

Freshh Levels and tips are produced automatically by Freshh's style engine. They are opinions about clothes and grooming, meant to help you choose. They are not professional, medical, psychological or safety advice, and you always decide what to wear.

Freshh as it is

Freshh is provided as it is and as available. We work hard to keep it accurate, kind and running, but to the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available, free of errors or right for every purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Freshh is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, and its total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Freshh+ in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

The phone apps

The iPhone app is also covered by Apple's standard license terms, and the Android app by Google Play's terms. Where those terms conflict with these for the app itself, those terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where your local law gives you rights that cannot be changed.

Copyright complaints

Freshh respects the work of others. If you believe something on Freshh uses your copyrighted work without permission, email [email protected] with: your contact details; the work you believe is being copied; where it appears on Freshh; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
