Delete your Freshh data

Freshh keeps very little, and nothing linked to your name. Here is how to delete it, and what happens to everything else.

Delete your looks and history on your phone

1. Open Freshh.
2. Tap Me.
3. Tap Delete my looks and history, then confirm.

This erases your scores, awards and history on that device straight away. Your Freshh+ pass and your settings (language, theme, text size) stay, so you never have to restore or set up again; to remove the pass too, cancel Freshh+ on the Freshh+ tab. Do it on each phone or browser where you use Freshh.

Ask us about anything else

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". Freshh has no accounts and keeps nothing linked to you, so there is usually nothing more to find, and we will reply to confirm. Freshh+ payment records are kept by Stripe, by Apple for purchases in the iPhone app, or by Google for purchases in the Android app, under their own privacy policies, and we can help you contact them.

What is kept, and for how long

• Your photo: only for the seconds your check takes. It is never stored.
• Anonymous daily counts: 120 days.
• Anonymous error notes: 30 days.
• Scrambled network codes that stop abuse, and the daily count for each allowance code: about a day.
• Freshh+ payment records: kept by Stripe, Apple or Google, under their own privacy policies.

Anonymous counts and error notes cannot be linked to anyone, so they cannot be picked out for one person. They delete themselves automatically on the dates above.
